Without further adieu, here's how my day goes.
1. Foot Soak, Scrub and Painting nails aka your very own manicure
Choose that shade you have been craving this season and get yourself a DIY manicure!

2. Light candles around the room
Nothin' better to create the mood (and get rid of the chemical-y nail polish odour)

3. Put on a face mask and cucumber slices
Whether it's a homemade natural mask or a store-bought mask, slab it on and clear your mind

4. Scrub knees and elbows with lemon halves
This helps remove all that dark, unsightly dry skin.

6. Shower (or soak in the bath tub with Sea Salt)
Sea salt is well known to have amazing health properties plus why not soak after a long week?

7. Lip scrub
While in the shower, exfoliate your lips. I use a natural scrub made of brown sugar & honey ;)

I then end off the day by reading a book or watching a movie amidst the lit candles. Aromatherapy is something I love and always tend to rely on after a tiring day. Favourite aromatherapy oil is the Lavender & Chamomile from Marks & Spencer's!
I try to do this once every month but when I'm really busy, I try to do it at least once in every three months.
Have a great spa day, girls! xoxo
