Cadbury's Chocolate Spread

I would assume this is supposed to be a Nutella competitor, just minus the hazelnut.

With Cadbury being a well known brand, you would expect this to pretty good. Like their chocolates are. (Personally, I love the classic bars with roasted almonds.)

Anyhow, I had pretty high expectations from this little expensive tub of chocolate. Especially after reading the labels that said its made in Belgium, and with Belgium being known for its chocolates, I thought I found the next best thing after Nutella.

BUT....no

Sadly, contrary to some online reviews, I don't find the chocolate expensive tasting. In fact, I think it tastes like cheap chocolate. Like those gold coins in your goodie bags. And for being $10.25, no thanks man, I'm good with my usual Nutella.

That warmth and that your-day-is-gonna-go-well positivity you feel having your Nutella toast breakfast in bed. Yeah, not the same with Cadbury's chocolate spread. Now I'm just craving for Nutella after writing this post.

Brb while I make a run to the supermarket to get a new bottle of Nutella.
