Spizza review

Now,who doesn't love pizza? Clearly it's everyone's favorite!

So anyway I'm all about impromptu plans (although I'm hella busy) and happened to try this new place I haven't really heard much about.

Ambience is pretty satisfactory. The student prices were $12++ for a regular sized pizza and it's only for lunch hours (between 11-2pm if I'm not wrong).

Their menu is pretty overwhelming. It took us about 15 minutes just to select and order.

It's a wood fired, thin crusted pizza place. Both sound really good to me and thin crust is how I like to have my pizza so I was really looking forward to this. Even watched the guy making it in anticipation for my food to arrive.

This is what our final order. Foodporn, ain't it?

Honey chicken wings 3/10
Pesto chicken pizza 6.5/10
Chicken mushroom pizza 8.5/10

Do NOT make the mistake of ordering the wings. They're not cleaned properly. The insides still have blood. And the taste was just bland. The "honey" was provided in a bowl but was so diluted, it did not even taste like honey. The price of it was pretty high for wings, probably the reason we had high expectations for this dish but unfortunately, it was such a let down.

Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant. Slightly pricey if it weren't for student prices but definitely much better than the regular Pizza Hut that everyone flocks to. Many people also recommend the pasta. Have not personally tried it yet but will definitely update once I have!
