Kale Chips (A new & faster way?)

Some bake it,
Some dehydrate it.

I tried a different way and loved how it turned out.

Firstly, I had the leaves removed from the main stem. Then they were washed and laid out to dry completely for a night.

Then, I added my seasonings with a drizzle of olive oil and gave them a good mix with my hand.

Next, I added it into my Airfryer (used the Phillips Airfryer...) and set the temperature to 180 degrees and left it in for around 8 -10 minutes and they're ready. No need to dehydrate them for hours or keep watching the oven for hours to prevene them from burning. (I did try the oven method too but was not patient enough to wait after the first 15 minutes) + the airfryer version gets done much faster!!!

The Airfryer I used (Philips Viva Collection Air Fryer HD920)

The readymade version is really hard to find in Singapore and the only place I've seen it so far has been Cedele Bakery & Cafe but it was really overpriced to me so I decided to make my own. Got the bunch of kale from Cold Storage at the organic section for about S$8.

Have fun making it! Cheers to leading a healthy lifestyle :)
